From zero to 5.99 years old: free of charge sharing in parent’s cabin without extra bed.
From 06 to 11.99 years old: subject to 50% reduction on adult’s rate sharing in parent’s cabin with an extra folded bed [maximum 1 child per cabin].
Up to 12 years old: considered s adult paying full rate.
One child sharing with one adult: cabin is considered as one single full rate + 50% supplement from single rate.
*Children staying in a separate cabin are fully charged as adults*.
Free Policy:
Half twin free is granted for every 20 paying guests [the 21st.] with maximum 4 pax or 2 doubles regardless the group’s size.
Above free pax granted are including groups’ T/Leaders & T/Managers.
*This policy is not applicable for charters that will be quoted & calculated separately*.
Guiding Policy:
Guide joining 10 pax or more is granted free accommodation on board sharing in guides’ cabins subject to space availability.
Guide joining less than 10 pax will be charged 600 EGP per night for his accommodation sharing in guides’ cabins.
Guide staying in a separate cabin will be charged the same rate as one single Egyptian guest.
*All guides must be same gender to be allocated according to above policy*.
Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation fees will be applied to all bookings for Individuals & groups:
50% from total amount of the cruise if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to embarkation date.
75% from total amount of the cruise if cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to embarkation date.
90% from total amount of the cruise if cancellation is received less than 07 days prior to embarkation date.
100% will be charged in case of NO show
*Any cancellation fees will be refunded ONLY in case of reselling the empty space*.
Meals Plan:
Well known that meals arrangement on cruise are starting with Lunch, ending with Breakfast.
Any untaken meal during the cruise could be alternated at the end of the cruise.
*NO refund for unused meals*.
